I’m an ex-trial lawyer.
Now, I’m a legal recruiter.
In law school and in practice, I worked with dozens of talented lawyers who lacked the ability to sell themselves.
Their career trajectory was not an issue of skill, but an issue of perspective.
That’s why I started Lex Placement:
to help legal talent better present for the right opportunity and
to help law firms identify optimal talent.
